Am I the only one having trouble with completing the
course in the Marketplace Learning
Management System so I can enroll people in the Obamacare?
I finished first “intro” module and got knocked out of
the entire site. Then I called a number and they stated that there is no help
via phone and only via email. So I emailed and waited. In the meantime I was
able to get back in again after going around in circles and through many pages.
That was last week.
Today I complete the second (I think it was the second
one) and the same thing happened. Now I know to expect this with this site so I
did everything all over again to get in; I have to “agree and accept” and log
in again and then find the page to click on “return to agent training”, then I
had to again agree to all of
my profile was correct and finally I could click on “next” and opened a page
listing my courses to complete.
Great, this takes a lot of time but OK, I do this. Then I
get to page 10 of 15 in the exam and get knocked out from the site during the
test!!!!! Really?????
Then I attempt all of these steps over
again to try to get back to where I was and get this message: The CMS Enterprise Portal is currently not available due to
an outage. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please try back later. Feel free
to contact the CMS Help Desk if you have any questions.
So I “play” around some more and I managed to find the
exam area again and guess what….? I have to start again from the beginning of
the test!!!!! I WAS ALREADY ON PAGE 10 OF 15!!!
I started this at 4:30 today and now it's 6:15. I still have many more modules (and exams) to complete.
Emailing someone requesting help is really NO HELP. This
is very frustrating to say the very least. Who created this piece of crap???
This site needs help in simple navigation principles so one can move easily
from one module and when they are completed with it they can simply move on to
the next.
Why??? Why, why? I’m simply trying to get this completed
so I can move on with my life. This should not have to be an exercise in
frustration…
