Precise Leads for insurance reps; beware.

To my insurance agent reps and insurance agent fellow reps in the industry: 

I have been getting leads from Preciseleads.com and I requested a few days ago to cancel my account, to stop sending leads and not to debit my checking account for new leads. They did not cancel, they did not stop sending leads and they DID debit my checking account. I spoke to my rep via phone and she stated she will have to speak to manager and get back to me as a manager was not immediately available. What kind of company does not have a manager (or someone; or more than one manager) available to assist you? I will let you know how this ends. At this point, it's not good business!

If the money is not replaced into my checking account within 24 hours, I will submit a complaint here at the BBB

Typically I have found Precise Leads to be "good" upbeat and helpful. However, today when I explained that I did everything right, used a support ticket, messaged and texted my account rep to cancel everything as explained below, they did not have manager available to assist me to get things taken care of "now". In this day and age of doing things, companies can not afford to act this way. They need to be able to help their clients immediately. It's been said that everyone knows at least 250 people personally but I think now with social media that has increased a hundredfold.
