As your
health and life insurance agent, I don't do P&C (property and casualty) yet I am still concerned about your safety. So I was interested in this article above (plus I do like Jaguars!).
And because I am concerned about people's health and safety, when people run across a blog article like this or land on one of my websites and request answers to their questions, I try real hard to get back to them ASAP!
Here is a letter that I email someone right away when I get such a request:
Dear NAME,
Thank you for requesting
information (as shown in the attached) at one of our websites or through our
other marketing channels.
My name is
Terry Scott and first and foremost I want you to know that I work for you; for
FREE. I know that’s odd in this day and age, but that’s how it is. I am here to
answer your questions at any time via email, or by phone.
I’m your agent representing HealthMarkets which is
the leading company in America.
We actually represent all the insurance companies available today so we are you
one stop source for health and life needs.
If I have not
spoken to you yet by phone, I will do so soon or you may call my cellphone at:
123-456-7890. I look forward to speaking with you.
Make it a
great day!
Terry Scott
PS. If you
have requested something on a Friday or during the weekend, I will get back to
you as soon as I can on Monday.
PSS. When we speak, let me know that
you would like my newest book:
“Be Prepared, Be Safe”
which is sold at $29.99 but it is yours FREE when you call.
Notice:
This mail is NEVER sent unsolicited. You are receiving this email because you

This blog is read by my clients and other insurance agents so if you are an agent, feel free to do something like this yourself and let me know what you think about this letter; one way or the other; I appreciate your feedback.
And, dear reader, if you'd like my "Be Prepared, Be Safe" book, let me know and you can get it for half price when you mention this blog post.
NOTE BY AUTHOR: When I was reading through this blog post before publishing I realized that this letter is not "exactly" how it is because I have edited it; however you get the idea.
